1] What cruises do you run from Cyprus? Where can I find
itineraries?
We run *round cruises from Cyprus to
the Greek Islands
and
Israel
Ships operate above cruises are

*Round cruise means that you sail from
Cyprus and return to Cyprus, as per itinerary. One way routes are
NOT available.
2] Are your cruises running all year round?
No, all our cruises are seasonable and run only in summer periods, usually from
April/May until October.

3] How do I make a booking?
Click on:
"BOOK IT" link which appears in the relevant pages in our site and follow the guide lines.
It is essential that you fill in the "booking Request" form properly.
As soon as we receive your request we shall come back to you via
email (normally within 24 hours) with a quotation, an approval booking code and
request for a deposit payment. (Usually €35.00 for the 2/3-day cruises to Egypt
& Israel and 25% for the Greek Island cruises). The remaining balance has to be
paid 23 days in prior the cruise date, for the 2/3 cruises and 30 days in prior
for the Greek Island cruises. However for your convenience, if you wish, you may authorize full payment in
advance. For cancellation & refunds please refer to the

Our office hours are from 08.00 a.m. to 19.00, Monday through
Friday and Saturdays & Sundays from 9.00am to 13.00. NOTE: CYPRUS TIME IS 2 HOURS
AHEAD UK TIME. (When in UK is 17.00 hrs in Cyprus is 19.00 hrs)

4] How do I pay for a booking? How much deposit do I need to pay?
The cruise requested has to be confirmed by us, you will be
notified by email with an "Approval Booking Code" as soon as possible (usually
within 24 hours from the requesting date). For the 2-day cruises: A €35.00 non-refundable deposit will
be
required to confirm your booking. For the Greek Islands cruises: A 25% of
total amount, non-refundable deposit will
be
required to confirm your booking.
You may then pay by credit/Debit card by contacting
our reservations team (Tel: (+357) 25 320 905) or using our online secure payment
form whose link you will receive in the quotation email.
In either case a receipt-confirmation (otherwise Cruise Voucher) will be
emailed to you right after receiving your payment.

5] where do I find prices for your cruises? What do they include?
By clicking on the text link: "View Cabin Prices"
which appears in every separate cruise section. Prices are in Euros, per person and vary, depending on the
category and number of persons sharing the cabin. (maximum 4 per cabin)
Prices include accommodation, port & security tax, shore excursions (except
otherwise stated) all meals & entertainment on board during the
whole itinerary. (Drinks, beverage and snacks are not included)
For the mini cruises to Egypt & Israel, shore excursion prices include lunch in a 5-star hotel, luxurious A/C coaches with
toilette facilities, the services of professional guides and security escort
service for the tour to Cairo & Jerusalem.
There are also optional prices for Limassol port
return transfers.

6] What's "cabin category"?
There are several cabin categories and are categorized
according to:
-- Bedding (Cabins with bunk bed/or berth, single beds, double bed. Bunk bed/or
berth are cheaper)
-- Decking (Cabins on low deck, mid deck etc. Lower is cheaper)
-- Inside Row (Cabins without window/sea view. Cheaper)
-- Outside Row (Cabins with window/sea view)
Notes:
1) Cabins are booked by category and not by deck.
2) Maximum number of persons (adults or children) in one cabin is 4.
3) Some cabin categories can accommodate only 2 persons and some 3 persons.

7] What documentation will I need for check in at Limassol port?
Checking in at Limassol port you will need your passport and a copy of the booking confirmation
(otherwise *Cruise voucher) which will be emailed to you after receiving your
payment. There are no hard copy tickets involved.
8] Do I need entry visa for your destinations?
For European, American, Canadian and Australian passport holders NO entry visa
is required. For other nationalities, pre-issue visa might be required. Issuing
such a visa is not our responsibility. Please enter your nationality in the
appropriate box when making your inquiry. This will enable us to advise
accordingly.
9] Does my passport gets stamped when I enter Israel or Egypt?
No, your passport will be kept on board the ship and you will be given a receipt
to use instead.
10] Do I need any inoculation before traveling to Egypt?
No inoculation required.
11] When should I expect to receive my
booking confirmation ?
Within 24 hours, after sending your payment. If not, then you will have to

12] I should have received my booking confirmation by now.
Most common reasons:
1) Our secure server was experiencing an instant technical problem and
we did not receive your payment instructions. In this case do not worry, your
personal data can be not decoded by a third party.
2) Your email address was submitted in error. (Even a dot being misspelled is
error)
3) Your email system was dropped down and never received our confirmation.
4) You (or your hotmail provider) run a strict anti-spamming software and has
placed our email confirmation in your "junk folder" or even rejected it.
5) Your email inbox was full (quota exceeded) and never received our confirmation.
In any case please call us immediately at (++357) 25 320 905 (during
Cyprus working hours) and refer to your approval booking code.
13] I filled in the request form but haven't an answer after 3 days.
Most common reasons:
1) Your email address was submitted in error. (Even a dot being
misspelled is error)
3) Your email system was dropped down and you have never received our reply.
4) You (or your hotmail provider) run a strict anti-spamming software and has
placed our email reply in your "junk folder" or even rejected it.
5) Your email inbox was full (quota exceeded) and never received our reply.
6) Your submission was in error.
In any case please re-submit the Booking form or
(preferably) call us at (++357) 25 320 905.

14] What are your terms & conditions ? What is your
cancellation policy?

15] Do you charge extra for use of credit card ?
No extra charge for credit card use.
16] How do I get to Limassol port? Is there a car park?
*For the cruises to Israel & Egypt: Should you wish to use our
return transfer
service, you may input your request in the appropriate box of the booking form.
If you enter your hotel & town of stay in Cyprus we will give you the pick up
time as well. Should you wish to make your own way, you will have to be there
at least 2 hours prior to the sailing time featured in our website. There is plenty of car parking just
outside the departure lounge at a small fee.
*For other cruises you will have to make your own way to Limassol
port.
17] Do you run cruises from any other Cyprus port but Limassol?
No, all cruises from Cyprus sail from Limassol, the main port of Cyprus.

20] Is there dress code on board the ships?
No dress code but "casually smart" is recommended, especially for dinner.
